Essential oils: juniper, fir, cedar, spruce, alpine pine. Fragrances of plant origin combine many different biologically active substances. This quality of the natural product explains the variety of properties of essential oils.
Properties:
The mixture has a refreshing, tonic effect, increases vital energy, activates mental activity, stabilizes the emotional background; exhibits bactericidal (phytoncidal), anti-inflammatory, immunostimulating effects for colds, facilitates breathing; optimizes the digestive tract; relieves joint and muscle pain; reduces sweating.
In cosmetology it is used: for acne and pustular rash, dermatitis, irritation, for skin rejuvenation; to strengthen hair.
Mode of application:
Aroma lamp: pour 2 tablespoons of water into the upper bowl of the lamp and add the mixture at the rate of 1-2 drops per 3 m2 of the area of the room. The procedure takes an average of 30 minutes.
Hot inhalation: add 2-3 drops of the mixture to 1 liter of hot water, tilt your head over the steam, cover with a towel and breathe deeply for 5-7 minutes. Eyes closed!
Inhalation is cold: apply 3-5 drops of the mixture on a napkin and make 10-20 slow deep, then 5-7 short breaths. Repeat the procedure 2 to 5 times with a break of 1 minute.
Aroma bath: Dissolve 3-7 drops of the mixture in 1 tablespoon of honey or salt, cream, yogurt, kefir, bath foam. Add the resulting solution to the bath. The procedure time is 10-20 minutes.
Aromadush: dissolve 2-3 drops of the mixture in 1 teaspoon of shower gel, liquid soap (or mix 5-7 drops of the mixture with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil), apply on the body (except for the face and perineum), rub lightly, rinse with a stream of water …
In baths and saunas: prepare aromatic water: add 5-10 drops of the ether mixture to 1-2 tablespoons of honey (or sea salt, milk whey, cream), dissolve in 500 ml of water. In the bath, use 1-1.5 liters of such aromatic water to impregnate wooden floors, brooms, moisten the stove. In a sauna, put 200-300 ml of aromatic water in a vessel on a stove in a sweating room for evaporation, and sprinkle benches and walls. Procedure time – 3-20 minutes (increase gradually).
Compress / rubbing: prepare the composition: add 5 drops of the mixture to 10-15 ml (dessert – tablespoon) of fatty oil or vodka, soak a napkin and apply a compress on the problem area (for example, on the chest) or intensively rub in the composition.
Massage: the effectiveness of massage can be enhanced by adding 3-7 drops of a mixture of essential oils to 10-15 ml (dessert – tablespoon) of massage cream or fatty oil.
Oil enrichment of cosmetics: add 3-5 drops of the mixture to 1 dessert spoon of cosmetic (cream, gel, tonic, shampoo, balm), stir, use as a regular cosmetic.
Contraindications!
For external use only. Individual intolerance to the components that make up the product. When diluted, avoid skin contact. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water.
