An electric steam sterilizer is a means for sterilizing nipples, bottles, pacifiers, accessories, breast pumps, ordinary baby dishes. Recommendations for use:
Suitable for both narrow and wide-necked bottles;

Mode of application:
Using a baby bottle, pour exactly 100 ml of water into the water tank located at the base of the appliance;
Collect all parts of the sterilizer and place items to be sterilized;
Close the small or large basket with a lid;
Insert the plug of the power cord into a power outlet;
Press the power button to turn on the instrument. If the device is connected to the mains after pressing the power button, the sterilizer will start heating immediately;
Remove the cover. Wait until the appliance has cooled down before removing the cover. Beware of hot steam coming out;
Remove bottles and other items from the basket. Remove small items with tweezers. Be careful, items may be hot. Wash your hands thoroughly before touching sterilized items;
Turn off the device and wait until it has completely cooled down;
Drain the remaining water from the reservoir and wipe the reservoir dry. Note. After the sterilization cycle, the device is inactive for 10 minutes, this time is necessary for the device to cool down.
Contraindications:
Do not immerse the base of the appliance, power cord, or power plug in water or other liquids. Failure to follow the instructions for descaling can result in permanent damage to the appliance.
To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not disassemble the base of the appliance.
Persons with physical or intellectual disabilities, as well as persons with insufficient experience and knowledge, may only use this device under supervision or after receiving instructions on the safe use of the device and on condition that they understand the potential dangers.
Children are not allowed to use the appliance. Keep the appliance and cord out of the reach of children. Do not let children play with the appliance;
Before connecting the appliance, check that the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to the voltage of your local power supply.
Do not use the appliance if the power plug, power cord or the appliance itself is damaged;
If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced. To ensure safe use of the appliance, replace the cord only by a Philips dealer, an authorized Philips service center or a service center with similarly qualified personnel.
The Electric Steam Sterilizer contains no parts that can be replaced or repaired by the user. Do not open, maintain or repair the electrical sterilizer by yourself.
The device becomes very hot during sterilization, therefore, touching the heated parts of the device may cause burns.
Beware of steam escaping from the opening in the lid of the appliance during operation or when removing the lid. You can burn yourself.
Do not touch the base, baskets and lid of the appliance during or immediately after sterilization, these parts become very hot. Lift the cover only by the handle.
Do not move or open the appliance during use or until the water has completely cooled down.
Do not place objects on top of the device while it is in use.
Use only water without any additives.
Do not add bleach or other chemicals to the appliance.
Sterilize only baby bottles and other sterilized items. To ensure the item is suitable for sterilization, refer to the user manual.
To stop the sterilization process, unplug the device or press the power button.
The appliance is intended for domestic use only. Do not use any accessories or parts from other manufacturers without the express recommendation of Philips. Use of such accessories will void your warranty.
Do not expose the device to high temperatures or direct sunlight. Wait until the appliance has cooled down before moving or storing it.
Do not sterilize very small items that could fall through the holes in the bottom of the basket.
Do not place objects directly on the heating element when the appliance is switched on.
Do not use the appliance if it has been dropped or damaged. For repairs, contact an Authorized Philips Service Center.
Use and install the device on a dry, horizontal, level and stable surface.
Do not place the device on a hot surface.
Do not let the cord hang over the edge of the table or the place where the appliance is installed.
Always drain off any remaining water after the appliance has finished working and has cooled down.
Unplug the appliance from the wall outlet after completing the work.
The performance of the device may be affected by environmental conditions such as air temperature and altitude.
