1. Cosmetic masks:
Dilute the clay with warm water in a 1: 1 ratio in a non-metallic container, mix thoroughly until the consistency of sour cream. Apply the mask in a thin layer to clean skin, applying clay with wet fingers and rubbing it lightly into the skin for 2-3 minutes. After 10-15 minutes, rinse with warm water and apply a nourishing cream to the skin. Use two to three times a week. Masks give the skin elasticity, tighten pores, smooth wrinkles, and gently cleanse the skin.
2. Hair and scalp care:
Add the egg yolk to the finished mixture (see item 1), rub into the scalp, wrap for 15-20 minutes, then rinse with warm water. Clay strengthens hair and prevents breakage and hair loss.
3. Baths:
They remove dead skin cells from the epidermis and soften rough skin on the elbows, arms and legs, as well as promote healing of minor injuries and cracks. Dilute clay in warm water at the rate of 1 tbsp. l. per 1 liter of water, immerse hands (feet) in the solution. The procedure is carried out daily for 20-30 minutes.
