The life of cells and tissues depends on capillaries, which are the smallest vessels about 1 mm long and a few to 30-40 microns in diameter. The total length of the capillaries of an adult is about 100,000 km. The total capillary surface is over 6000 m2. In fact, this is the area of metabolism. Painful changes in the capillaries are the basis of the absolute majority of pathological processes.
Thermal methods are used to influence the capillaries – warm, hot or cold water, steam. A.S. Zalmanov, a famous doctor who worked in the first half of the last century, not only in Russia, but also in France, found a more effective remedy – turpentine baths.
Properties:
Turpentine baths:
- contribute to the normalization of blood flow in the vessels and capillaries, train them, and increase the flow of oxygen and nutrients to the tissue organs
- increase metabolic processes
- remove toxins
- stimulate self-regulation processes and increase immunity
- an effective way to rejuvenate the body
- prevention of premature aging
- improve physical condition
- increase efficiency and vitality of the body
- contribute to the normalization of fat metabolism can be successfully used as a means to reduce weight and eliminate cellulite
Yellow baths expand the capillaries of the venous and arterial circulatory systems, help dissolve pathological deposits in the joints, tendons and ligaments, in the lenses of the eyes, in the walls of blood vessels and in the capillaries themselves. At the same time, breathing deepens, the pressure decreases. They cause a general increase in body temperature, stimulate perspiration and the removal of urea and sodium chloride through the skin.
Remember the yellow turpentine baths lower blood pressure!
Mode of application:
Baths are taken before bedtime, but not earlier than 2 hours after meals. The duration of rest after the bath is at least 45 minutes. Before taking a bath, in order to avoid baking, it is necessary to lubricate the skin of the genitals with cream or petroleum jelly. The initial amount of the yellow solution is 10-15 ml (200 liters of water per bath). The amount of the yellow solution can be increased by 5 ml for each subsequent bath time to a maximum of 60 ml (200 liters of water per bath). The gradual increase in the solution ensures a systematic training of the capillaries. During baths, the temperature of the water should be gradually increased from 36 ° C to 39.5 ° C throughout the entire procedure. Bath time ranges from 14-17 minutes. The course of taking baths can be 10-30 baths.
You can take baths with a yellow solution, with a white emulsion and mixed with a white emulsion and a yellow solution.
Preparation of baths: Fill the bath with water (water temperature 36 ° C), pour 1-1.5 liters of water into the container for initial stirring (water temperature 50-60 ° C), add a yellow solution to the container (measure the required amount with a measuring cup) and shake well. Pour the resulting solution evenly into the bath and mix with your hands. The bath is ready.
After taking a bath on a wet body (without rinsing or wiping off), put on a robe or wrap in a sheet / towel, go to bed, covered with warmth. Before taking turpentine baths, you need to consult with a specialist in order to correctly calculate the amount of yellow solution.
Contraindications:
Individual intolerance. It is recommended to take the first / test bath with 5 ml of solution. At the same time, the ability to transfer turpentine baths and an increase in temperature is established.
