Description:
The natural herbal preparation “Citrosept”, obtained from the inner part of the peel, seeds and white connective tissues of grapefruit, is an alternative to antibiotics and a reliable cure for many diseases. The drug has no side effects, does not cause allergies (in most cases) and helps to destroy bacteria, viruses and harmful microorganisms.
Properties:

Structure:
100 ml contain vitamin C at least 5 g, bioflavonoids (flavones, flavonones, flavonols) 19.37 g, excipients: grapefruit extract; palm glycerin; purified water;
in bottles with a drop dispenser of 5, 10, 20, 50 or 100 ml (10 ml = 250-280 drops).
Recommendations for use:
The use of the drug “Citrosept” is recommended in the following situations:
– to fight influenza and colds: the drug contains a high concentration of vitamin C and bioflavonoids, which increase the body’s resistance to pathogens
– to neutralize fungal diseases and fight microorganisms (staphylococcus, streptococcus, hemophilus influenzae and others). At the same time, grapefruit extract does not violate the intestinal microflora and the work of lacto- and bifidobacteria
– for the prevention of food infections, colds and skin diseases
– to cleanse the body of parasites (worms, etc.)
Mode of application:
Citrosept is recommended to be taken as a fortifying agent that increases immunity and has a mild disinfecting effect, as well as improves the condition of blood vessels. A feature of citrosept is that it does not kill the normal intestinal microflora, that is, it can be used for a long time, in courses of up to a month (unfortunately, this fact has not been confirmed by clinical trials).
Locally:
Apply citrosept to washed skin.
Start taking with the minimum indicated concentrations (especially in children), but if the skin and mucous membranes are not too sensitive or there is no effect, the concentration can be gradually increased.
For dilutions, use boiled water and always mix the solution thoroughly.
Monitor the reaction of the body and, depending on it, increase or decrease the dose.
Inside:
Inside only diluted!
Citrosept ® should be taken in doses of 10-25 drops (depending on body weight and severity of the disease) 2-3 times a day diluted with 100-200 ml of any liquid, stirring thoroughly. The liquid may be warm, but not hot. You can use boiled water. In chronic diseases, the course is from 2 to 3 months or until the symptoms disappear.
Reception can be continued up to 4-6 months.
A volume of 50 ml is sufficient for an average of 1.5 months.
For prevention:
Adults: 5-10 drops, 2 times a day. In the initial stages of colds, flu or poisoning, it is advisable to take “shock doses” of 20-70 drops 2-3 times a day for a course of 2-3 days. If the Herxheimer reaction is too intense, the dose should be reduced
Children: 1 drop per 1 kg of body weight per day and divide the total number of drops into 3 doses.
Citrosept ® can be taken regardless of food, but not less than 30 minutes in advance, and in case of high acidity, stomach ulcers, gastritis or heartburn – just before a meal.
Those taking the extract for the first time should start with 2-3 drops 2-3 times a day and increase the total amount by 2-3 drops daily for about 2 weeks.
Contraindications!
A contraindication for taking citrosept is an individual intolerance to the components of the drug. Citrosept is also not recommended to be taken simultaneously with medicines used for cardiovascular diseases (no explanation of this recommendation is given in the instructions).

Manufacturers explain this by bacteriolysis or the Jarisch-Herxheimer reaction – the destruction of a large number of pathogens under the influence of citrosept (and for some reason the intestinal microflora is not destroyed). Destroyed bacteria release a large amount of toxins, which causes side effects – this is a sign of cleansing the body. Unfortunately, this conclusion is not supported by mandatory studies for drugs, and, nevertheless, manufacturers recommend taking it even to pregnant women.
