Applied by the methods of hot and cold inhalation allows you to quickly and effectively eliminate inflammation and congestion in the respiratory and nasopharynx organs, clear the airways and get rid of the common cold, bronchitis, inflammation and tuberculosis.
- natural fir essential oil – well disinfects the air, cleans from dust, mold, painful bacteria. It is an excellent tool for disinfecting premises in hospitals, schools, apartments, crowded places. Helps to strengthen the immune system. It is used to stimulate breathing and blood circulation in case of colds and other infectious diseases. When using oil for prevention, the incidence of acute respiratory infections is reduced by 32-44%, influenza by 24-48%.
- natural essential oil of rosemary – a powerful stimulator of the body’s defenses. It is a strong antiseptic: its “phenolic coefficient” is 5.2, that is, it is 5.2 times stronger than phenol (carbolic acid). Mode of application:
Aroma lamp: pour 2-6 tablespoons of warm water into the upper bowl of the aroma lamp, add a few drops of oil, then put a lighted candle (alcohol-paraffin, in a metal container) in the lower part.
Aroma bath: add 3-5 drops of the product to 1-2 tablespoons of the emulsifier (sea salt, honey), dissolve in 0.5 l of warm water, add this mixture to the water collected in the bath. Procedure time is from 10 to 20 minutes.
Place 2-3 drops of oil on a natural fabric and place it next to the bed.
Individual warm-humid inhaler: carry out inhalations 1-1.5 hours before or after eating. Add 2-3 drops of oil to 200 ml of hot water 80C to fill the cup of the inhaler, take the first breaths slowly, breathing should be calm. The procedure lasts from 3 to 7 minutes.
Inhalation is cold: apply 1-2 drops of the product into the aromaculon or on the aromatherapy medallion and alternate 10 deep – 7 short breaths. The procedure takes 2-5 minutes.
